Data sets obtained from MMETSP transcriptomes were submitted to HMMer3 using either RdRp-scan or InterProScan profiles. False positives are indicated in light red and refer to sequences without RdRp A, B, and C motifs detected and/or detected as non-RdRp in Phyre2 with a confidence score higher than 90 per cent. False negatives are indicated in dark red and refer to previously detected viruses detected using InterProScan or RdRp-scan profiles.
